OpenCRVS
OpenSource Civil Registration System
Since joining OpenCRVS as a consultant in 2017, we have helped grow it into a globally recognised Digital Public Good that enables governments to modernise civil registration and vital statistics. We have led the platform's technical architecture, security, cloud-native infrastructure and interoperability, delivering integrations with national identity and health systems while supporting successful implementations across Africa, Asia and the Pacific. Alongside the technology, we have established implementation practices, documentation, training and partnerships that have enabled countries to deploy and sustain OpenCRVS at national scale.
Disturb
Interactive experiences
Our consultancy co-founded Disturb, a London-based digital production and innovation agency, delivering creative technology solutions for leading brands, agencies and broadcasters. Our work combined software engineering, interactive experiences and emerging technologies, spanning web, mobile, social, 3D and physical computing. We led multidisciplinary delivery teams and partnered with agencies including Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, Iris and Huge to deliver innovative digital campaigns and experiences for brands such as Burberry, EE and the BBC.
La Différence
Technology for Impact
Our consultancy partnered with La Différence to deliver technology and service innovation for underserved communities in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Our work included designing long-range community WiFi and mobile networks for remote regions, developing inclusive digital services for low-literacy users, and providing interim CTO leadership for a clean-energy fintech platform, integrating payments, finance, logistics and customer systems to support sustainable growth and social impact.
Accenture
Experience Engineering
Our consultancy delivered human-centred digital transformation programmes for Accenture Interactive's Fjord – Design & Innovation, combining technical leadership with modern software engineering. Our work included AI-powered conversational platforms, cloud-native microservices, digital banking and smart energy solutions, helping clients such as Lloyds Banking Group, RBS and major global consumer brands accelerate innovation through agile delivery, customer-centred design and scalable cloud architecture.
Plan International
Equality Acceleration
Our consultancy provided technical leadership for Plan International's Equality Accelerator, overseeing the ongoing evolution, governance and delivery of a global digital platform supporting young women activists. We worked closely with international stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into sustainable digital solutions, coordinating delivery, ensuring quality and guiding the platform's long-term direction. The Equality Accelerator connects a worldwide community with funding opportunities, advocacy resources and campaign tools, helping to empower the next generation of leaders driving gender equality and social change.
Monzo Bank
Financial Crime Prevention
Our consultancy supported Monzo Bank in strengthening its financial crime operations through specialist investigation and risk management services. We conducted complex anti-money laundering (AML) investigations, fraud and sanctions analysis, and enhanced due diligence on high-risk customers, producing regulatory reports and intelligence that supported compliance with UK financial regulations. Our work helped protect the bank from financial crime while maintaining robust governance and customer trust.

Co-Founder & CEO
As Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Yumeteki, Euan Millar leads the company's technology vision, transforming complex challenges into secure, scalable and sustainable digital platforms. With more than 20 years of experience in software architecture, platform engineering and technical leadership, he specialises in modern Node.js application development, microservices, DevOps, cloud-native infrastructure and continuous delivery automation. Having held technical leadership roles with organisations including Accenture, Google and OpenCRVS, Euan guides multidisciplinary teams, defines highly available architectures and establishes engineering practices that enable organisations to innovate with speed, security and confidence.

Co-Founder & COO
As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Yumeteki, Mel Richards leads the company's operational strategy, ensuring that consultancy engagements are delivered with excellence, transparency and measurable outcomes. Drawing on extensive experience in financial crime investigation with the London Metropolitan Police, alongside PRINCE2 project management and the International Compliance Association (ICA) International Diploma in Anti Money Laundering, she brings a unique combination of operational leadership, governance and regulatory expertise. Mel oversees business operations, client relationships and organisational development, ensuring that Yumeteki delivers complex programmes with professionalism, robust governance and an unwavering commitment to quality.
